.the royalty.
the king , this is the leader of all of crystal peaks. the one in charge. he calls the shots, makes the rules, and if you dare challenge him, you will go against the court
the queen , this is the leader's mate. she has no real power, besides that of keeping the herd together and making sure foals are cared for
the heir/ess , the heir or heiress is the foal from the king and his mate, that they have chosen to take over when the king and his mate step down
the king / queen's offspring , the other offspring of the king and his mate. or any offspring that come from the king
the prince / princess , a very rare position to give out, it is for anyone that is super close to the family, and treated as the king or his mate's own family. they are treated with the highest respect and eat with the king and his family
the duke , the duke is the leader's right hand man. when the king is gone (even if his mate is around) he is in charge
the duchess , this is the duke's mate. she has no real power within the herd
the duke's heir , the heir or heiress is the foal from the duke and his mate, that they have chosen to take over when the duke and his mate step down
the duke / duchess' offspring , the other offspring of the duke and his mate.
the lord , the lord is the third highest ranked male, and is in charge of all the dirty work. carrying out the king's orders
the lady , the lady is the lord's mate. she has no power but eats with the king and duke's mates
the lord's heir , the heir or heiress is the foal from the lord and his mate, that they have chosen to take over when the lord and his mate step down
the lord / lady's offspring , the other offspring of the lord and his mate

.the military.
the captain , this is the captain of the military. he is in charge of keeping the troops in control, and well trained. he also decides when it is time to go spying. only a male can be captain
the soldiers , soldiers may only be males, and they are in charge of protecting the pack.
the spies , spies can be male or female, and they are sent to spy on other herds should someone suspect an attack will occur
the thieves , thieves are sent out often. they are male or female, and are sent to collect more members and steal foals

.the court.
the judge , if someone breaks a law, they are sent before the court to be sentenced. the judge is usually someone well trusted in the herd, and is in charge of keeping hearings in check
the jury , the jury consists of no more than five equines, and they are the ones that deal out sentences to those who break the laws

.the important.
the head healer , the head healer is the one in charge of making sure the healers in training get trained, and the one to make sure all wounds from battles are healed
the healers in training , the healers in training are the future healers of the herd
the healer's assistant , the healer's assistant is the one that helps the head healer
the head babysitter , the head babysitter can only be a female. she is in charge of watching the foals when the mothers and fathers can't be around
the babysitter's helper , the babysitter's helper can only be female and is in charge of helping the head babysitter watch over foals

.the citizens.
the stallions , the regular stallions of the herd
the mares , the regular mares of the herd
the foals , all foals of the herd, excluding the heirs/heiresses and the royal offspring

.the enemies.
the enemies , enemies that rival against the crystal peaks herd
captured in war , enemy equines that would happen to be captured in war
the slaves , the lowest life of the herd. the slaves are equines that are shunned from eating with the others. they are watched over by a soldier

.the rules.
remember upon the conduct of each depends the fate of all

one , there is to be no fighting with in the herd. if you are seen fighting with a herd member, you will be sentenced to the court, and usually will receive nightly guard duty for a few days for males, or babysitting duty for a few days for females
two , respect all members of the herd. if you are seen disrespecting anyone; in any way, you will be required to serve the disrespected herd member as a slave for a day. if they decide that isn't enough, you will be sent to court
three , the king is boss. if you deny the king, disrespect him, or ignore his command, then you are in alot of trouble. depending on the level of the crime, you may lose your rank, a foal, mating priveleges for a few days to banishment for a few days
four , mares and foals ensure our growth. if anyone is seen disrespecting or harming a mare or foal of the herd, they will be put on guard watch, with no mating priveleges until they see the court in a public meeting. usually the penalty is dependant on the level of disrespect or harm. from taking night guard, to banishment
