all I see is murder murder, my mind state
makes it too late for cops in tryin' to stop the crime rate

Ivory coated hooves led the ebony creature into the Crystal Peaks. The cold air blew through the lands and swept over the stallion. dark brown gaze scanned the surrounding area, a snort escaping his nares. Even though it was spring time, his breath could still be seen on the air. Smirking, he allowed his hooves to lead him further into the lands. Each inanimate object that he passed, he allowed his gaze to slide over, before resting back infront of him. There wasn't much grass to eat, but he could tell there was enough to last for a herd. The small forests around the edge of the mountain ridges were filled with shadows, darkness. His gaze slid over the forests and then landed on the small rivers and ponds. Nodding his head in approval, he glanced away from them. At least there would be enough water for a herd, as well. Everything in the land seemed perfect to him. Though, the cold air was one of the worst traits of the lands, but he could manage with it. Of course, he wasn't sure how well a foal would deal with the weather always being cold. Shaking his head, he smirked. He didn't care. He liked the land and preferred it over the other. At least, this land provided enough food and water to sustain a herd. Rearing upon hind legs, he allowed his hooves to strike at the sky. A loud neigh escaped his vocals. "I claim these lands. I, Deception, will rule over these lands and conquer all who stand in my way," his voice rang loud and clear through the lands. Landing back upon the ground, he snorted once more and stared out over the mountain ridges. His head held high, as he surveyed the lands that he had claimed as his own.
